Snow happens, weather you like it or not. Here at Bluewater Properties we work with the best vendors to keep up with the Minne-snowta snowfall, but please keep in mind the following:
• Our vendors do their best to clear sidewalks and parking lots, but please be aware and careful, snow will drift, and patches of ice will likely form between service.
• Salt buckets are provided at many properties in main entrances. If you see an ice patch, sprinkle salt, but please use responsibly and sparingly.
• During long or heavy snowfalls, our vendors will do their best to clear, but they cannot do a complete clear job until after the snow has stopped falling.
