Great things happening in Northfield!
The Northfield EDA and Chris Heineman with the City of Northfield, together with the MN Real Estate Journal hosted a Micropolitan Summit on Wednesday, June 7th, 2017. Chris Kennelly, Bluewater Properties President, was chosen as a panelist.
The event showcased why companies should expand to our community.
The four different panels ranged from employment and market data to business drivers in our community. Both commercial and residential real estate markets were discussed.
Chris provided data on the local commercial market, development opportunities, and projects in the pipeline. The project located on at 201 Water Street was mentioned specifically. Other members of the panel focused on the climate of both the retail market and the healthcare market.
Downtown Northfield is thriving and continues to attract new development along Highway 3. Bluewater Properties is proud to be involved in the growth of our city.
