It might not feel like it yet, but summer is just around the corner! Many people take of during the season to enjoy vacations with images of sandals, pool sides, and sunshine dancing in their heads. Many employers have started offering summer hours to their employees. This looks different at each company, but the general idea is to give employees the opportunity to make up hours earlier in the week to be able to enjoy a few extra hours of sunshine on Friday.
The idea is that summer hours give people that extra boost of energy to be more productive. It is a perk that if available, many employees look forward to.
